Sweet Seeker
Imported products, real inventory and real customers. Sweet Seeker grew past A$175k in sales, with much of its acquisition coming organically through Google rather than paid media.

The problem
Imported confectionery and drinks is a thin margin, high friction category. Freight, landed cost and stock timing decide whether you make money, and paid media eats whatever is left. The business had to grow without a media budget.

What I built
- Sourced and negotiated directly with international suppliers, then built the pricing model around landed cost rather than unit cost.
- Ran a Shopify storefront plus marketplace and direct order channels off one inventory position.
- Built the SEO and content system that became the primary acquisition channel.
- Automated the operational path, including a Chrome extension for the Australia Post shipping label workflow.
- Used AI across product research, SEO, content, support and the repetitive parts of operations.
